Here at 1539 Restaurant & Bar we are very proud of our wine list and have created an affordable range of wines from throughout the world.
Careful consideration has been given to the selection of these wines by our sommelier Phillip Dougherty utilising his extensive knowledge gained during his 30 years experience.
