We are committed to the provenance of our food and take great care in sourcing on the best local and seasonal produce for our menus including Vale of Clwyd Beef, Eaton Estate Venison, Scallops from the Isle of Man, Goosnargh Chicken and Duck, Menai Mussels, and morning fresh vegetables from Cheshire farms.
